[Adopted 1-1-1984 by L.L. No. 1-1983 (Art. 26-400 of the
1989 Code)]
The New York State Insurance Department Fire Code Number 06-38,
previously assigned to Busti Fire Protection District Number 3, shall
not be altered or changed by this article but, as far as this Town
Board is concerned, will continue to apply to the same area, now known
as "Busti Fire Protection District Number 1."
In so far as the provisions of this article are inconsistent
with the provisions of any other local law or act, the provisions
of this article shall be controlling.
