Inspection fees for all renewals to existing services or repairs shall be as follows:
A. 
Class A Residential and Commercial Service: $35.
B. 
Class B Industrial Services: $55.

(1) 
Uniform rate (per 100 cubic feet of metered use): $4.50 effective July 1, 2015.
(2) 
Uniform rate (per 100 cubic feet of metered use): $4.76 effective July 1, 2016.
(3) 
Uniform rate (per 100 cubic feet of metered use): $5 effective July 1, 2017.
B. 
Minimal usage: 400 cubic feet (quarterly).
C. 
Homes with sewer only (quarterly): $75 effective July 1, 2009.

A. 
All individual domestic units will be charged $1,840 per connection; this includes the inspection fee of $35. Any new connection to the City sewer system, including multifamily homes, apartments, condos, etc., will be required to pay $1,840 per connection; this includes the inspection fee of $35 per individual building.
B. 
In addition, any new sewer connection to the City sewer system, including single-family homes, apartments, condos, industrial, commercial, etc., will be required to pay a remediation fee of $2 per gallon. Calculation of flow in gallons will be calculated using Title V figures and submitted with the permit. These fees shall be paid by the contractor prior to obtaining the permit at the Department of Public Works. The permit is valid through the last day of the year in which the permit was issued.
C. 
Examples:
(1) 
Two-bedroom home = 220 gallons (Title V) = $440 + $1,840 = $2,280.
(2) 
Three-bedroom home = 330 gallons (Title V) = $660 + $1,840 = $2,500.
(3) 
Four-bedroom home = 440 gallons (Title V) = $880 + $1,840 = $2,720.
(4) 
Five-bedroom home = 550 gallons (Title V) = $1,100 + $1,840 = $2,940.
(5) 
Doctor's office = 250 gallons per doctor.
(6) 
Dentist office = 200 gallons per chair.
(7) 
Restaurant = 35 gallons per seat (1,000 gallons minimum).
(8) 
Fast food = 20 gallons per seat (1,000 gallons minimum).
