The Animal Control Officer of the City of Gardner shall be responsible
for picking up, transporting and disposing of any deer either found
dead or killed by vehicles within the City limits of Gardner. The
Animal Control Officer shall be given sufficient funds in his budget
for the implementation and enforcement of this article.
