No person shall use the area located in front of the Gardner
City Hall Annex (115 Pleasant Street), Gardner City Hall (95 Pleasant
Street) and the United States Post Office (69 Pleasant Street) for
any purpose other than the passing to or from the aforementioned buildings
or any benches that may be located within said area or for City-sanctioned
purposes. Any such benches may be used for sitting purposes only.
Any violation of § 516-7 herein shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
The Police Department of the City of Gardner shall be the enforcement
authority for this article.
