Village of Argyle, WI Chapter 83 Notices, Posting or Publication

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Argyle 12-7-2005 as Title 2, Ch. 1, Sec. 2-1-5, of the 2005 Village Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 83-1 Publication. [1]

When publication is used instead of legal posting, the official newspaper of the Village of Argyle shall be the Pecatonica Valley Leader.

§ 83-2 Legal posting.

When legal posting is used instead of publication, the Village shall post notices in the following three designated posting locations:

A. United States Post Office (front lobby).

B. Argyle Municipal Building (windows by front door).[1]
