No person shall operate for commercial purposes within the Village any billiard table, pool table, pigeonhole table, shuffleboard, boxball alley or bowling alley without a license obtained from the Village Board hereunder.
The license fee for a billiard/pool hall or bowling alley shall be as prescribed from time to time by resolution of the Village Board.

A. 
Premises to be kept clean and orderly. Every such licensee shall keep the premises, place or room in which such pool hall or bowling alley is licensed clean and orderly at all times.
B. 
Clean view of premises required. All windows in the front of the licensed premises shall be of clear glass. The premises shall be so maintained as to furnish a clear view of the entire premises from the sidewalk outside the premises.
C. 
Gaming and gambling prohibited. No licensee shall permit any card playing, throwing of dice, game of chance, or form of illegal gambling to go on in the place or room so licensed, or in any other room adjacent thereto or in the same building.
D. 
Disorderly conduct forbidden. Every such licensee shall not permit any disorderly conduct, disturbances or unusual noises of any kind to take place in such licensed premises, place or room.
E. 
Nonintoxicating liquors for sale. No nonintoxicating liquors or beverages shall be sold in any pool hall or bowling alley unless a separate license or licenses for the sale of same shall have been obtained.
F. 
Hours of operation. Every such licensee may operate his/her place of business, on every day of the week, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. No person shall be permitted in any room maintained as a pool hall or bowling alley when closed, except employees performing necessary work within the premises.
