The Philadelphia wastewater control regulations, as amended
September 30, 2010, are hereby adopted by the Borough of Lansdowne
to govern the conduct of all discharges to the Philadelphia wastewater
system through the Township of Upper Darby.
A copy of said Philadelphia wastewater control regulations as
amended September 30, 2010, shall be available in the office of the
Borough Manager of the Borough of Lansdowne.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Article V shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000, plus costs, and in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day's failure to comply with any provisions of this Article V shall constitute a separate violation.
