This chapter shall be known as the "Codification of Fees and
Costs of the City of Union City."
This chapter is adopted in order to advise the citizens of the
City and any and all persons doing business with the City of the various
fees charged for services rendered by the departments of City government
and to provide ready access to any and all such information.
The following fees shall be charged by the City for services
rendered or licenses or permits issued. All license and permit fees
shall be annual, unless otherwise noted.

Pursuant to § 12-4:
A.
The fee
for ambulance services (basic life support) shall be a base fee of
$800, plus $20 per mile per trip.
B.
The fee
for refusal of medical attention, when an ambulance is called and
then the person refuses medical attention, shall be $250 per call.
This fee shall be billed to the insurance company of the caller.
C.
A. The
fee for the use of oxygen, when required, is $80.
