There is hereby created and established a Planning Commission
for West Manchester Township to be known as the "West Manchester Township
Planning Commission."

Said Planning Commission shall consist of five members for terms
of four years each.

Said Planning Commission is hereby vested with such powers and
duties as set forth in 53 P.S. § 10209.1.
