This chapter shall be known as the "West Manchester Township
Plumbing Code" and may be so cited, and shall be so designated in
this chapter.
It shall be the duty of the Board of Supervisors, through the
Sewer Committee Chairman, to administer and enforce this chapter,
and the Sewer Committee Chairman is hereby authorized and directed
to take such action as may be reasonably necessary to enforce the
West Manchester Township Plumbing Code and carry out its purposes.
In this responsibility, the Sewer Committee Chairman will be assisted
by the Township Engineer, the Township Permit Officer and the Plumbing
Inspector. The above officials shall be the administrative authority
charged with the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of this
code.
