Borough of Waterford, PA Chapter 5 Auditor

§ 5-1 Elective office abolished.

The elective office of Borough Auditor is hereby abolished.

§ 5-2 Appointive office established.

There is hereby established the appointive office of Borough Auditor.

§ 5-3 Annual appointment.

The appointive office of Borough Auditor shall be filled by annual resolution of the Borough Council of the Borough of Waterford, in conformity with the provisions of the Borough Code.[1]
