The operation of all motor vehicles upon the grounds of all
Borough parks or playgrounds is prohibited.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article
shall, in a summary proceeding before a Magisterial District Judge
and upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of
such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30
days.
