Tractors with lugs are prohibited to travel on paved streets
in the Borough of Waterford unless such street is clearly posted allowing
for such use.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any
vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum
prescribed for that bridge or paved street or part of street, as the
case may be, in the Borough of Waterford.
