The Health Officer, or his duly appointed assistant, shall inspect each public eating and drinking establishment within the Township at least four times each year. If he shall find that all conditions meet the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health standards for eating and drinking establishments he shall thereafter issue a Township License valid for a period of one year from the date of issue, unless revoked for sufficient cause. The cost of such license shall be as established from time to time by resolution. In addition the licensee shall be charged an annual inspection fee as established from time to time by resolution.

If a licensee maintains more than one public eating or drinking establishment within the Township, he shall apply for and procure a duplicate license for each additional eating or drinking establishment, such duplicate license to be issued at an additional charge as established from time to time by resolution. Such licensee shall be charged an annual inspection fee as established from time to time by resolution for each additional eating or drinking establishment so licensed.

1. 
The proprietor of every public eating and/or drinking place in West Norriton Township shall furnish to the Health Officer of West Norriton Township a chest X-ray examination of all persons in their respective establishment who are now engaged or hereafter become engaged in the handling, preparation, serving or providing of food and/or drink, for the purpose of determining whether such persons are suffering from active tuberculosis.

Every person so engaged shall submit annually to a chest X-ray examination, a report whereof shall be furnished to the Health Officer of West Norriton Township by the proprietor of such establishment.
3. 
The initial chest X-ray examination shall be made at the time of employment, excepting those so employed at the effective date of this Part 6, shall submit to such examination. Reports of such examinations shall be furnished by the proprietor to the Health Officer.
4. 
It shall be unlawful for any person who has not received a chest X-ray examination, or who is suffering from active tuberculosis, to engage in the handling, preparation, serving or providing food and/or drink in any public eating and/or drinking place in West Norriton Township and it shall be unlawful for the proprietor of any public eating and/or drinking place in West Norriton Township to employ any person who does not submit to such chest X-ray examination or who is suffering from active tuberculosis.
