The use for human habitation or occupancy or the renting for human
habitation or occupancy of structures in West Norriton Township which
contain no approved sanitary facilities therein or appurtenant thereto
for the disposal of sanitary sewage is hereby prohibited.
2.
No person, partnership, firm or corporation shall use or rent for
human habitation or occupancy any structure in West Norriton Township
which contains no approved sanitary facilities therein or appurtenant
thereto for the disposal of sanitary sewage.
3.
Using or renting for human habitation or occupancy of any structure
in West Norriton Township which contains no approved sanitary facilities
therein or appurtenant thereto for the disposal of sanitary sewage
is hereby declared to be a public or common nuisance.

Any person, partnership, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Part 3 shall forfeit and pay a fine or penalty
of not more than $1,000 to West Norriton Township, the same to be
collected by a proceeding before a District Justice in said Township
or recovered as debts of like amount are now by law recoverable and,
in default of the payment of such fine and costs, shall be liable
to imprisonment of not more than 30 days in the Montgomery County
Prison.
