the 1978 Code)]
From and after the effective date of this article, the duly
appointed Deputy Town Clerks and Deputy Town Supervisors and any other
duly appointed deputy Town official shall be entitled to compensation
for services rendered to the Town of Kinderhook in that capacity.
The compensation paid to such deputies shall be as determined
by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Kinderhook.
