No boat propelled by gasoline, steam, sail or any other motor
power shall be operated at a greater rate of speed than 40 miles per
hour during the period from 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after
sunset nor more than five miles per hour during the period from 1/2
hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise on Kinderhook Lake within
the boundaries of the Town of Kinderhook.
A person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be deemed guilty of a violation and fined $50 or imprisoned for a
term of 10 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
