It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or possess a motorcycle, snowmobile, car or any other motorized vehicle upon Town playgrounds, parks or recreation areas.
No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted or consumed upon the Town playgrounds, parks or recreation areas.
It shall be unlawful to ride, drive or otherwise permit a horse to be upon the Town playgrounds, parks or recreation areas.

The Town playgrounds, parks or recreation areas will be closed to the public 1/2 hour after sunset and will remain closed until 6:00 a.m. daily.
It shall be unlawful to hit golf balls or to golf upon the Town parks, playgrounds or recreation areas.
Those activities prohibited by § 172-1, 172-2, 172-3 or 172-5 of this chapter shall be permitted if authorized by order of the Town Board.

It shall be unlawful to skateboard upon any Town tennis courts.

It shall be unlawful to permit or allow a dog to:
A. 
Run at large upon the Town parks, playgrounds or recreation areas, unless such dog is restrained by an adequate collar and leash and accompanied by its owner or a responsible person able to control the animal. If the accompanying owner is a person incapable of controlling this animal for any reason, the owner shall be accompanied by a person capable of exercising such control.
B. 
Cause damage or destruction to Town parks, playgrounds or recreation areas or commit a nuisance upon said premises without properly cleaning up and disposing of the same.
A violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation as defined in the Penal Law and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
