A. 
The following truck routes, upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds are admitted to travel, are hereby established:
(1) 
Best Road connecting Columbia County Route No. 21 with the Town line of the Town of Stuyvesant.
(2) 
Bishop Nelson Road connecting Columbia County Route No. 21 and Town Road-Old Post Road.
(3) 
Eichybush Road connecting the village line of the Village of Kinderhook and the Town line of the Town of Stuyvesant.
(4) 
Fischer Road connecting New York State Highway No. 9H with the Town line of the Town of Ghent.
(5) 
Fordham Road North connecting Town Road-Bishop Nelson Road with Town Road-Maple Lane Road.
(6) 
Garrigan Road connecting Columbia County Route No. 28A and New York State Highway No. 203.
(7) 
Herrick Road connecting New York State Highway No. 9 with Town of Schodack Town Road-Funk Road.
(8) 
Keegan Road East connecting New York State Highway No. 9 with New York State Highway No. 9H.
(9) 
Keegan Road West connecting New York State Highway No. 9H with Town Road-Old Post Road.[1]

Maple Lane Road-Town Road connecting New York State Highway No. 9 to New York State Highway No. 9.
(11) 
Newton Hill Road connecting New York State Highway No. 203 with Town of Chatham — Town Road-Niverville Road.
(12) 
Novak Road-Town Road connecting New York State Highway No. 203 with New York State Highway No. 9H.
(13) 
Old Post Road-Town Road connecting New York State Highway No. 9H with Columbia County Route No. 21.
(14) 
Rod and Gun Club Road-Town Road connecting New York State Highway No. 203 with Novak Road-Town Road.
(15) 
State Farm Road-Town Road connecting Columbia County Route No. 28 with New York State Highway No. 9H.
B. 
Such vehicles and combinations are excluded from all highways except those which constitute such truck route system above.
C. 
Such exclusion shall not be construed to prevent delivery or pickup of merchandise from which such vehicle or combinations are otherwise excluded.
Any violation of this article shall be according to the penalties set forth in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
