It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle
on Lake Street in the Hamlet of Niverville in the Town of Kinderhook
for a period longer than one hour during the period 8:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m. in any day.
A violation of this article shall be declared to be an offense
punishable by a fine not exceeding $250.
