Four-way stop signs shall be constructed and maintained at the
intersection of Bishop Nelson Road and Fordham Road in the Town. Signs
warning of the existence of these signs will be posted as deemed appropriate
by the Superintendent of Highways of the Town.
Trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations,
tractor-semitrailer combinations or tractor-trailer-semitrailer combinations
in excess of five tons may not travel on Bishop Nelson Road in the
Town. Vehicles making deliveries or pickups on Bishop Nelson Road
are exempt from this section, as are vehicles being utilized in agricultural
activities as that term is defined in the Code.
