A. 
On the following bridges and streets or parts of streets, by authority granted by § 4902(a) of the Vehicle Code,[1] it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum prescribed below for that bridge or street or part of street, as the case may be:

B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under § 4902(a) and (g)(1) of the Vehicle Code[2] and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight, and costs.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle other than a passenger car on any of the following streets or parts of streets, provided that nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along that street or part of a street.

B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

A. 
Any person who shall drive a motor vehicle onto or across the covered bridge at Keeley Avenue in New Britain Borough, which vehicle exceeds the height limitations posted at the approaches to the covered bridge on Keeley Avenue and on Iron Hill Road in Doylestown Township, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in the amount of $1,000.
B. 
Any person who violates Subsection A above shall, in addition to the payment of a fine, be subject to pay the full cost of restoring the bridge to its condition prior to the violation.
C. 
In the event that any person shall be found to be in violation of Subsection A hereof and shall not pay the fine required in that subsection and/or shall not pay the restitution required at Subsection B hereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days.
D. 
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department is directed to post additional signs at the approaches to the covered bridge at Keeley Avenue warning potential violators of this section of the penalties provided herein.
