A.
No person shall operate a vessel at a speed more than five miles
per hour upon, over and along the following designated navigable waters
in the Town of Webb, to wit: from the westerly boundary of First Lake
to a point or line marked on the south by the northeasterly corner
of Tax Map Parcel No. 41.51-3-62 and on the north by the southeasterly
corner of Tax Map Parcel No. 41.51-2-73.

B.
No person shall operate a motorized personal watercraft, such as
a Sea-Doo®, funjet, wet bike, jet ski or similar watercraft, at
a speed of more than five miles per hour upon, over and along the
following designated navigable waters in the Town of Webb, to wit:
the Old Forge Pond.

A violation of this article shall constitute an offense, punishable
by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding
15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
The Supervisor of the Town of Webb shall obtain and cause to
be installed appropriate signs indicating the maximum speed permitted.
This article shall take effect upon compliance with the provisions
of the Municipal Home Rule Law and the approval in writing by the
Commissioner of Environmental Conservation.
