A. 
No person shall tie up, park, place, moor or leave a boat, rowboat, canoe or vessel, as that term is defined in the Navigation Law of the State of New York, at the Town of Webb docks on the Old Forge Pond in the area from the southerly most part thereof to the most southerly edge of the most southerly of the navigation docks for a period in excess of two weeks.
B. 
No person shall tie up, park, place, moor or leave a boat, rowboat, canoe or vessel, as that term is defined in the Navigation Law of the State of New York, at the Town of Webb docks on the Old Forge Pond in the area from the most southerly edge of the most southerly of the navigation docks to the northerly end of the boardwalk at the most southerly line of the public beach area for a period in excess of two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
C. 
No person shall tie up, park, place, moor or leave a boat, rowboat, canoe or vessel, as that term is defined in the Navigation Law of the State of New York, at the Town of Webb docks on the Old Forge Pond from the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District's dam westerly to the most westerly edge of the boardwalk from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m.
The Supervisor of the Town of Webb shall obtain and erect appropriate signs delineating the areas described in § 316-1 hereof and giving notice of the regulations set forth herein.
A violation of this article shall constitute an offense, punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

This article shall take effect upon compliance by the Town with the provisions of § 133 of the Town Law.

A. 
Parking of vehicles, vessels, personal watercraft and specialty prop-craft is prohibited on Lake Trail in the Town of Webb, beginning at the southeast corner of Lake Trail and Forest Trail and extending north along Lake Trail 545 feet, more or less, to the Old Forge Lake waterfront.
B. 
The launching and mooring of vessels, personal watercraft and specialty prop-craft is prohibited at the waterfront end of Lake Trail at Old Forge Lake.
Signs shall be posted giving notice of the prohibitions on parking, launching and mooring on the above-specified portion of Lake Trail.
This article shall take effect forthwith, upon compliance by the Town Board and Town offices with the provisions of § 133 of the Town Law.
A violation of this article shall constitute an offense, punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
