[On September 26, 2001, the Council of the City of Marion
adopted Ordinance No. 2001-5, An Ordinance of the City Council Adopting
a Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan. On December 12, 2005, the Council
adopted Ordinance No. 2005-04, An Ordinance of the Marion City Council
Amending its Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan. On September 10, 2007,
the Council adopted Ordinance No. 2007-001, An Ordinance To Adopt
Amendments to the City of Marion Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan. On
January 13, 2020, the Council adopted Ordinance No. 2020-001, An Ordinance
To Adopt a New Comprehensive Plan entitled "City of Marion Comprehensive
Plan 2019-2039." These ordinances and the Comprehensive Plan are on
file at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.]
