Code of Ethics — See Ch. 15.
The Village of Red Hook will be authorized to provide for the
defense of an employee and or public officer in any civil action or
criminal action or proceeding, state or federal, arising out of any
alleged act, omission or commission which occurred or allegedly occurred
while the employee and or public officer was acting within the scope
of his or her public employment or duties.
Said provision shall be considered in full force effect retroactive
to June 1, 1999.
