The Village Board of Trustees, Village of Red Hook, Dutchess
County, New York does hereby adopt the following smoking policy to
become effective April 1, 1990.
Smoking will be prohibited throughout the entire building known
as the "Village Building," which is located at 24 South Broadway,
Village of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York. Smoking permitted
is not possible at this address due to the fact that there is no area
that could be used.
This smoking policy shall be predominantly posted in the workplace.
A written copy of this smoking policy shall be supplied, upon request,
to any existing or prospective employee.
