It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle having a gross weight
in excess of five tons to operate on any street located in the Village
of Red Hook, County of Dutchess, State of New York, except if said
vehicle is making local deliveries.
Any person operating a motor vehicle in violation of any provision of § 190-32 above shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 for the first offense and not more than $250 for each offense thereafter.
