The provisions of § 101.123, Wis. Stats., as amended,
relating to the prohibition of smoking in various enclosed places
are hereby adopted and made part of this Code by reference. Penalties
for violation shall be as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions,
§ 1-4, of this Code. As prescribed by state statutes, a
warning notice shall be issued to the "person in charge" for the first
violation.
