A Village local law is a public enactment, rule, by law, order or regulation of the Board of Trustees, or of any separate board of commissioners, approved by the Board of Trustees, for the violation of which a penalty is imposed.
The Village local laws shall govern the Village of Interlaken, New York, manage its business, preserve the good order, peace, health, safety and welfare of its inhabitants; and protect and secure their property.
