No person owning or having charge thereof shall permit any horse, mule, cattle, cow, sheep, goat, swine, poultry or other animal to run at large or suffer or permit the same to run over or upon any public street, sidewalk or public place or grass plats or to pasture the grass plats upon any sidewalk or street or to go upon the premises of another person, without the consent of such person, in the Village of Interlaken, New York.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
