Article I Use of Firearms, Bows and Arrows
Article II Hunting

No person, at any time within the Township of Willingboro, shall fire or discharge or cause to be fired or discharged any pistol, shotgun, rifle or other firearm within 600 feet of any dwelling house, public street or highway; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall prohibit the use of firearms for the protection of life, persons or property, and provided further that the provisions hereof shall not apply to any pistol or rifle range equipped with proper safeguards for the protection of life and property and operated by any club affiliated with the National Rifle Association.
No person shall use or have in possession or under such person's control any poison arrow, arrow with explosive tip or any bow which is drawn, held or released by mechanical means.
No person shall use any type of bow and arrow for the purpose of hunting or use any bow and arrow in play or in any sport other than supervised target practice, or for any other purpose, within the Township of Willingboro.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.

No person shall go upon the lands belonging to another person for the purposes of hunting or to hunt upon any land or lands located within the Township of Willingboro in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey, except that this prohibition shall not apply to the owner or other occupant of the lands or to any other person that may have in possession the written permission of the owner or occupant thereof to hunt thereon. Such permission shall not extend beyond the calendar year in which the permission is issued.
