In accordance with the map attached to this article as Schedule
A,[1] there are hereby established parking zones at the Municipal
Complex, generally described as follows:
Zone 1

Those parking spaces on Rev. Dr. M. L. King Jr. Drive directly
in front of the Municipal Complex, caused by an indentation of the
curbline
|
Zone 2
|
Those parking spaces on the entrance driveway to the Municipal
Complex from Rev. Dr. M. L. King Jr. Drive, caused by an indentation
of the driveway curbline
|
Zone 3
|
Those parking spaces to the rear of the Municipal Complex which
are in an area between the police wing and the public library
|
Zone 4
|
Those parking spaces to the rear of the Municipal Complex police
wing and which are at the end of the entrance driveway from Rev. Dr.
M. L. King Jr. Drive
|
Zone 5
|
Those parking spaces which are to the rear of the Municipal
Complex and which is the first area accessible to vehicles turning
to the left after entering that access driveway from Pinafore Lane
closest to Pageant Lane
|
Zone 6
|
Those parking spaces on the easterly side of Zone 5 (closest
to the Municipal Complex police wing)
|
Zone 7
|
Those parking spaces on the westerly side of Zone 5 (closest
to the Municipal Complex police wing)
|
Zone 8
|
Those parking spaces which are to the rear of the public library
and which is the first area accessible to vehicles turning to the
right after entering that access driveway from Pinafore Lane closest
to Pennypacker Drive

Zone 9
|
Those parking spaces which are to the rear of the public library
and which are caused by an indentation in the access driveway curbline
to the left of that access driveway from Pinafore Lane closest to
Pennypacker Drive
|
Zone 10
|
The parking spaces which are to the rear of the Municipal Complex
and which is the first area accessible to vehicles turning to the
right after entering that access driveway from Pinafore Lane closest
to Pageant Lane

Zone 11
|
Those parking spaces which are to the rear of the Municipal
Complex police wing and which is the first area accessible to vehicles
turning right after passing Zone 2 on the entrance driveway from Rev.
Dr. M. L. King Jr. Drive

Parking in each of the parking zones shall be permitted only
as follows:
Zone 1
|
30-minute maximum parking available to the public from 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m., prevailing time; and from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.,
prevailing time, without any time limitations

Zone 2
|
Marked police and emergency vehicles only
|
Zone 3
|
Public parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., prevailing time,
Monday through Friday, inclusive, for such maximum time limit as the
Township Council may establish by resolution; and from 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 a.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, inclusive, and
on Saturdays and Sundays, without time limitation

Zone 4
|
Public parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., prevailing time,
Monday through Friday, inclusive, for such maximum time limit as the
Township Council may establish by resolution; and from 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 a.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, inclusive, and
on Saturdays and Sundays, without time limitations

Zone 5
|
Parking for Willingboro Township vehicles only
|
Zone 6
|
Parking for employees of Willingboro Township only
|
Zone 7
|
Parking for employees of Willingboro Township only
|
Zone 8
|
Public parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., prevailing time,
Monday through Friday, inclusive, for such maximum time limit as the
Township Council may establish by resolution; and from 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 a.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, inclusive, and
on Saturdays and Sundays, without time limitation

Zone 9
|
Parking for employees of Willingboro Township only
|
Zone 10
|
Public parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., prevailing time,
Monday through Friday, inclusive, for such maximum time limit as the
Township Council may establish by resolution; and from 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 a.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, inclusive, and
on Saturdays and Sundays, without time limitation

Each parking zone shall have erected on it appropriate signs
visible to drivers of vehicles approaching each zone of the restriction
on parking as appropriate.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $25.
