The following uses are permitted in the A-1 District:
A. 
All uses permitted in § 370-14B through G and subject to the requirements of this chapter and the schedule as pertaining thereto.
B. 
Offices of physicians, dentists, chiropractors, chiropodists, optometrists, ministers, psychologists, artists, engineers, architects, and attorneys.
C. 
Offices in which personnel will be employed for work in one or more of the following fields: executive, administrative, writing, clerical, stenographic, accounting, insurance, banking, real estate.
D. 
United States post offices and substations.
E. 
Offices of technicians and therapists in medically related fields.
F. 
Professional office buildings may contain, as an addition to previously mentioned permissible uses, an apothecary or ethical drugstore; a sales or rental office containing no inventory or storage other than samples dealing in such products as hospital appliances, fixtures, artificial limbs, wheelchairs and similar or related medical products.
The following accessory uses are permitted in the A-1 District:
A. 
Signs, subject to the provisions of Chapter 297, Signs, of the Code of Willingboro Township.
B. 
Fences, subject to the provisions of Chapter 155, Fences, of the Code of the Township of Willingboro, and landscaping, subject to the provisions of § 370-73 of this chapter.
C. 
Private garages.
D. 
Off-street parking facilities, subject to the provisions of §§ 370-75 and 370-76.
As specified in the schedule, § 370-7 of this chapter, subject to the condition that the height of any structure or building proposed in any B-1 District fronting on Route 130 may be built to a height of 120 feet, providing that plans for such structure or building are certified by an architect licensed in the State of New Jersey as meeting the requirements for a fireproof building as set forth in the Uniform Construction Code (UCC), and that all other chapter requirements relative to the applicable districts are observed, and that such use will not be detrimental to the surrounding property values and will serve a useful purpose to the general welfare of the citizens of the Township.

The following uses are permitted as conditional uses, subject to the provisions of §§ 370-78 through 370-88:
A. 
Public utilities.
B. 
Quasi-public buildings, fraternal organizations and recreation areas.
C. 
Commercial child-care centers.
D. 
Accessory child-care centers.
