Landscaping consisting of attractive trees, shrubs, plants and grass lawns shall be required and planted in accordance with the site plans.
A. 
Special buffer planting shall be provided along the side and rear property lines of all administrative, business and industrial uses or zones so as to provide protection to adjacent properties where such lot lines abut residential uses or zones. Such buffer planting shall consist of massed evergreens as set forth in § 370-72C(2) and shall be at least 10 feet in depth and as otherwise specified in § 370-54A.
B. 
In addition to such buffer planting, the owner of a business use shall erect on the buffer area a fence of at least six and not exceeding eight feet in height for the purpose of protecting residential property from litter, debris, and light glare and other such nuisances that would disturb peaceful possession. Such fence shall contain no more than 15% open space and shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 155, Fences, of the Code of the Township of Willingboro. The responsibility of maintenance of the business property referred to herein shall be borne by the owner of the property or any other tenants who are in possession thereof.
C. 
Such fencing referred to above shall be located only as shown on the site plan approved by the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment.
