The assessment applicable in "Sewer District Expansion" and
provisions relating thereto shall be as more particularly set forth
in the resolution of the Southern Delaware County Authority attached
hereto as Exhibit A[1] which exhibit is hereby made a part hereof and incorporated
by reference, and the Southern Delaware County Authority is expressly
authorized to establish said assessment and provisions relating thereto.

The unit sewer rental in "Sewer District Expansion" is hereby
fixed at $195 effective immediately and the charge for one unit as
defined in the Rate Resolution of the Authority now in effect shall
be and is fixed at the rate of $195 per year.
All of the terms and conditions of the Rate Resolution of the
Authority providing for charges, collections of rentals, filing of
liens, rules and regulations pertaining thereto are hereby made applicable
to "Sewer District Expansion."
