No land in the Town of Kingsbury shall be subdivided except in conformance with the Town of Kingsbury Subdivision Regulations, duly adopted by the Planning Board of the Town of Kingsbury, November 19, 1980, and approved by the Town Board of the Town of Kingsbury, December 8, 1980, and any amendments thereto.[1]

No building permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation for the construction of any building on property which has been subdivided after the effective date of this chapter without subdivision approval by the Planning Board of the Town of Kingsbury. For the purpose of this chapter, the term "subdivided" shall mean the subdivision of lands as defined in the Town of Kingsbury Subdivision Regulations.[1]

Any person, firm or corporation who shall subdivide land in the Town of Kingsbury without complying with the Town of Kingsbury Subdivision Regulations and obtaining the approval of the Planning Board of the Town of Kingsbury shall be guilty of a violation against such regulations, punishable by a fine of not more than $100. In addition, when a violation of this chapter or any of the provisions thereof is continuous, each week thereafter shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
