It shall hereafter be unlawful to place or locate any trailer, semitrailer, motor vehicle or vehicle as defined in Title 39 upon any lot or parcel of land in the Township of Riverside, in the County of Burlington, and use such as a residence, sleeping quarters or place of abode.
A trailer, semitrailer, motor vehicle or vehicle, as defined in Title 39, is any vehicle, self-propelled and non-self-propelled, so designated, constructed, reconstructed or added to by means of portable accessories in such manner as will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more person and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with said vehicle, or portable.
It shall be unlawful to park any truck, trailer or house car on any of the streets of the Township of Riverside.
This article shall not affect or prohibit the keeping or storage of any trailer on the premises of any owner, provided that such trailer is not used for living or sleeping purposes and does not violate any of the other provisions herein.
A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall park a truck, tractor, trailer, car, bus or other motor vehicle, or any portion thereof, on any residential, commercial or business lawn or yard within the Township of Riverside.
B. 
Nothing in this section shall prohibit the parking of a motor vehicle on any residential driveway, which must be of asphalt, pavement, or other material that is customarily used for such purposes.
This article is deemed necessary in the interest of public health, safety and general welfare of this community, to minimize fire hazards and as a police power regulation for the safety and protection of the people in this community.
