It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use, to allow or permit the discharge of sewage, trade waste or other industrial waste from any factory, building or other structure in the Township of Riverside into or upon any public place, stream, watercourse, ditch, surface or subsurface groundwater drain or stormwater drain or public storm sewer.
From and after the final passage and adoption of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dispose of whole or mechanically ground garbage, kitchen refuse or similar matter through the sewage system of the Township of Riverside. This section shall not apply to devices installed prior to the effective date of this article, provided that such devices are registered with and inspected by the Plumbing Inspector prior to the effective date of this article.

Any person, firm, corporation, association or legal party whatsoever who shall violate, or authorize or procure a violation, or cause to be violated, any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided under Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
