The Supervisors of the Township of Bridgewater do hereby signify their intention to organize an Authority for the Township of Bridgewater, under the terms and provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.[1]

The Articles of Incorporation for the said Authority shall be as follows:
A.
The name of the Authority shall be "Bridgewater Township Municipal Authority."
B.
The Authority is formed under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.[1]
C.
No other authority has been organized by the Township of Bridgewater under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, or under the Act approved the 28th day of June, 1935 (Pamphlet Laws 463),[2] nor has the Township of Bridgewater heretofore at any time joined with any other municipality or municipalities in organizing a joint authority.

The name of the incorporating municipality is the "Township of Bridgewater," whose municipal authorities are as follows:
