Whenever any work for which a permit and/or trade license is
required by the Code of the Township of Upper Chichester has been
commenced without first obtaining said permit or trade license, a
special investigation shall be made before a permit or trade license
may be issued for such work or activity.
The payment of such investigation fee shall not exempt any person
from compliance with all other provisions of the Code of the Township
of Upper Chichester or other pertinent code nor from any penalty prescribed
by law.
