The Hanover Firemen's Relief Association be and is hereby
recognized as such by the Council of the Borough of Hanover, in accordance
with Act No. 307 of the 1929 Session, General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and there shall be appropriated to it each year the
amount of money received by the Borough from the state as a tax upon
premiums of foreign fire insurance companies, in accordance with said
Act.
