GENERAL REFERENCES

All officers and employees of the Township of Upper Chichester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, shall deliver to the Secretary of the Board of Township Commissioners all Township property in their possession and all official documents, papers, records and official correspondence in their possession within five days of their separation from office.
The Secretary of the Board of Township Commissioners is hereby authorized and directed to accept such Township property and all documents, papers, records and official correspondence and to give an official receipt therefor to all incoming officers or employees of all such Township property and official documents, papers, records and official correspondence which have come into his possession by virtue of this article or otherwise.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
