A pedalcycle, as used in this article, shall mean any vehicle
powered solely or primarily by human-powered pedals.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or to park pedalcycles,
skates, skateboards, coasters, sleds and other toy vehicles on any
sidewalk along Allegheny River Boulevard between the 900 Allegheny
River Building and James Street, along James Street between Allegheny
River Boulevard and East Railroad Avenue, along East Railroad Avenue
between James Street and Center Avenue, and along Center Avenue between
East Railroad Avenue and Allegheny River Boulevard within the Borough
of Verona.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than
$25 but not more than $100 and costs.
