The Borough of Verona hereby authorizes the offices of Borough
Secretary and Treasurer to be held by the same individual pursuant
to Section 6104 of the Borough Code[1] as follows: The individual holding the combined office
of Borough Secretary/Treasurer shall perform all duties and functions
as mandated by the Borough Code and as specifically delineated in
any employment contract entered with that individual and the Borough.
