A. 
Any person who violates the provisions of Article II, Article IV, Article IVA or Article V and is convicted thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25, except as otherwise provided in Subsection B below.

C. 
Each day of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
D. 
The penalties provided for in this provision shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other penalties provided for and all towing and/or storage charges as provided for in Article IV, § 60-28, and Article IVA, § 60-41, and as is provided in the Annotated Code of Maryland.
