Editor's Note: This ordinance (a complete copy of which is on file in the Borough offices) in its preamble also stated that the Official Map shall be deemed conclusive with respect to the locations of all school facilities, places of worship, public buildings, public parking, public parks, historic landmarks, and streets, including municipal boundaries, and the location and extent of flood control basins, and that such includes municipal right-of-way, nondedicated roads, streams and parcel lines, as well as improved, unimproved and "paper" streets, roads, public areas, public drainageways and flood control basins.
This chapter has been adopted establishing an Official Map as follows.
All information depicted on the Official Map, as outlined in statute N.J.S.A. 40:55D-32, must be in compliance with any Master Plan now in existence and adopted by Haddon Heights, as well as the current Tax Maps for the Borough.
Any change or addition to the Official Map, per statute N.J.S.A. 40:55D-33: The approval by Haddon Heights Borough by ordinance under the provisions of any law other than as contained in this chapter, of the layout, widening, changing the course of or closing of any street, or the widening or changing the course of any public drainageway or changing the boundaries of a public area, shall be subject to relevant provisions of this Act.
This chapter shall supersede any previous ordinance(s) that may be in place regarding the establishment of an Official Map in the Borough of Haddon Heights
