A. 
The Board of County Commissioners, as the duly constituted legislative body for Washington County, Maryland, enacted a certain ordinance to provide for the regulation of alarm systems in Washington County and a resolution to adopt a fine schedule (hereinafter called "resolution"). Said ordinance and resolution, having been enacted on February 3, 2009. The Washington County Alarm Ordinance and Resolution are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as from time to time amended as the Alarm Ordinance of the City of Hagerstown.
B. 
That three copies of the Alarm Ordinance and Resolution are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the City of Hagerstown at 1 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, and the office of the Chief of Police for the City of Hagerstown at 50 North Burhans Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland.
C. 
All references in the County Ordinance and Resolution to "County" shall be interpreted to include and apply to the City of Hagerstown.
D. 
All resolutions, rules and regulations adopted now or in the future by Washington County which are applicable in the implementation of the Alarm Ordinance of the County shall apply to the City of Hagerstown.
