the 1972 Code)]
No license authorized or issued by the Township Committee of
the Township of Jackson shall be enlarged, extended, amended or transferred
from person to person or from place to place unless such enlargement,
extension, amendment or transfer is authorized by resolution of the
Township Committee, after submission of a proper application and fee
and after proof of compliance with the provisions of all applicable
laws, ordinances and regulations.
Prior to any such authorization to enlarge, extend, amend or
transfer any such license, an applicant therefor shall be required
to submit a written application containing all of the information
required for an original application for the specific type of license
involved, unless the form of application is more particularly specified
by any applicable law, ordinance or regulation.
Any application for such an enlargement, extension, amendment
or transfer of a license shall be accompanied by a fee amounting to
1/2 of the basic, annual fee for the specific type of license involved,
unless the fee for such an application is more particularly specified
by a specific provision contained in any law, ordinance or regulation.
