There is hereby authorized the issuance of a health certificate with respect to all sanitary facilities, in conjunction with the sale of homes to be mortgaged under the Federal Housing Authority and the Veterans' Administration program or to any purchaser requesting said certificate prior to purchasing a home in Jackson Township. Said certificate shall be issued by the Board of Health of the Township of Jackson.
A. 
Any person, persons, partnership or corporation desiring a health certificate with respect to sanitary facilities in conjunction with the sale of homes to be mortgaged under the Federal Housing Authority and Veterans' Administration program, or otherwise, shall file an application with the Board of Health.
B. 
Said person, persons, partnership or corporation shall pay to the Board of Health a fee of $25 for each certification, when requested separately, for the purpose of covering the costs of said inspection.
All fees shall be deposited in the general fund of the Township of Jackson.
